My painting, Masked, is part of the Society of Women Artists’ exhibition at the Mall Gallery this year, 23-27 June. Do come along and see!
Been working away on this today. At the moment it seems to work better in pieces than all together. Perhaps I’ll cut it into three.
‘Heading for a swim’. I have to climb up and over the bog behind my house and then down to the lake. At the moment the bog is full of new spring flowers. Well worth the climb. This painting is 95x120cm.
It’s been an experimental as well as a messy weekend, working on a painting started two years ago. Purple Rain?

This is what happened today.
Teaching year nearly over and finally back to painting in my studio. Happy.
